My work within Culture PRO project is to build up training material for leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and managers working in business area who wants to develop leadership abilities for today's complex business environment that require alternatives to the old hierarchical models. Usually when one hears the word "creativity" his mind immediately leaps to some artistic diligence like painting, drawing, sculpture. Creativity is much broader and universal value. Creativity comes into the picture wherever one has the chance to generate new ideas, solutions, or approaches. CulturePRO's aim is to build this resource to the business area by training programs that moves you out of routine.
